Extrusion Lines For Sheathing

Sheathing extrusion lines are mainly used in manufacturing of cables which have inner and outer sheathing. These lines are able to produce upto 130 mm diameter cables. It is possible to extrude cables up to 300 m/min. Long and effective cooling trough provides effective cooling on cable. To obtain a perfect extrusion layer, a diameter control unit is used. Because of product quality, production speed, low running cost, wide production range and easy usage, these machines are highly preferred in the cable production industry. According to the production process the design of line can be changed.
