Tandem Extrusion Lines

Tandem extrusion lines are mainly used in manufacturing of cables which have inner and outer sheating. These lines are able to extrude both sheathings in the same process. So, the production cost and time will be reduced. It is possible to reach an extrusion speed up to 150 m/min. Long and effective cooling trough provides an effective cooling on the cable. Two diameter control units are used to ensure perfect extrusion of each layer. Because of product quality, production speed, low running cost, wide production range and easy usage, these machines are highly preferred in cable production industry. According to the production process, the design of line can be changed.
