Extrusion Lines For Insulation

Different types of extruders can be adapted to these insulation lines, according to the type of insulation metarial, production speed and cross-section of cable. Entrance and exit accumulators give us the ability to control the tension of the conductor, independent from the line speed. So, the diameter of the conductor is not changing during the insulation process. Also the insulation diameter is continuously controlled independent from line speed by PLC. Hydraulic double pay-off and double take-up avoid vibration at high speeds, providing continuous production. According to the production process, the design of the line can be changed.
