This pay-off consists of a cart which is sliding on rails and of a double isolated container.
The cart has a pushing motion and by driving a small disc brake it is locked while operating. To intervene the bobbin holder shafts’ grasp, a simple lifting system with screw and motor is used, which is driven electrically and locks mechanically while in operating position. To help paying off the cables/wires, we use a motorized flyer disc, which is fixed at the end of the bobbin holder shaft.
A covering panel, which consists of sound-proof materials, is attached to the cart.
At the exit of the cone, a ceramic brush connection wire bed is mounted onto a support, which is concentric to the shaft at the exit cone.
The pay-off cone consists of 2 seperate components:
The conical container (to protect the insulation of the cable, the surface is covered with a coating and has a certain color), where the cable/wire winding is payed-off.
An outer container, in which there are sound-proof materials forming small mats, and which is concentric to the former
