Self-Traversing Pay-Off/ Take-Up

  • Pay-Off/Take-Up frames are consisting of a revolving shaft; the columns which are containing the beds are made of sections and plates
  • The pintle housing is constructed by means of electric arc welded sections, which forms a supported "U- section"
  • The reel gripping and Lifting motion is driven by a hydraulical/Mechanical lock and by a hydraulic&/mechanic system
  • The system is run by means of AC/DC servo motors and the speed control is made via a pintle with speed reducer and motor. In case of emergency the pneumatic disc brake provides instant stop.
  • The afore mentioned items are constituting an entirety between electric, pneumatic and hydraulic attachments and robust safety shields.
  • AC/DC servo motors are chosen in accordance to the customer needs
  • The automation of the hydraulic/mechanic Pay-Off/Take-up and operator panel is designed for easy usage
