1. The Pay-Off/Take-Up frames are consisting of a revolving shaft; the columns which are containing the beds are made of sections and plates
2. The pintle housing is constructed by means of electric arc welded sections, which forms a supported ‘’U- section’’
3. The reel gripping and Lifting motion is driven by a hydraulical/Mechanical lock and by a hydraulic&/mechanic system
4. The system is run by means of AC/DC servo motors and the speed control is made via a pintle with speed reducer and motor. In case of emergency the pneumatic disc brake provides instant stop.
5. The afore mentioned items are constituting an entirety between electric, pneumatic and hydraulic attachments and robust safety shields.
